At Pajtim Raci, we proudly ship worldwide and ensure each order is handled with care and precision. All shipments are processed through DHL, our trusted delivery partner, to guarantee safe and timely delivery to your destination.

 

 

Processing & Delivery Times

We offer two categories of delivery timelines, depending on the nature of your order:

  • Products in Stock:

     Ready items will be shipped within 7–14 business days from the order confirmation date.

  • Custom-Made Orders:

     Custom garments require 3–5 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the complexity of the design and materials selected. In some cases, additional time may be needed, and clients will be informed accordingly.

 

 

Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping fees are fully covered by the customer.

  • However, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

  • We are not liable for any customs-related delays once the shipment has left our premises.

 

 

Delivery Details

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).

  • Once dispatched, clients receive a tracking number via email to monitor their shipment.

Clients may also choose to pick up their parcel from a local DHL office, based on convenience.
