Welcome to Pajtim Raci. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pajtimraci.com and any order placed through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order with Pajtim Raci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.
Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. About Pajtim Raci
Pajtim Raci is a couture fashion house specializing in distinctive garments created through craftsmanship, detailed construction, and an individual approach to design.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Pajtim Raci,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pajtim Raci, while “you,” “your,” and “client” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
2. Our Creations
Pajtim Raci garments may include in-stock pieces as well as custom-made and made-to-measure creations.
Our custom garments are individually produced according to the client’s selected design, measurements, preferences, and other confirmed specifications.
Due to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of couture, slight variations in embellishment placement, finishing, color, construction, or other handmade details may occur. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each creation and are not considered manufacturing defects.
We make every reasonable effort to display our garments, colors, fabrics, and details accurately. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
3. Sizing & Client Measurements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements when placing a custom or made-to-measure order.
Before confirming an order, please carefully review all submitted measurements, sizing information, design details, and fabric selections.
Where applicable, our Size Guide is intended to provide general sizing guidance. It does not replace measurements required specifically for a custom-made garment.
Pajtim Raci cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the client or changes in the client’s measurements after production has begun.
If you require assistance with sizing or measurements before placing an order, please contact our Client Service team.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment authorization.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
Please ensure that all order information, including your name, contact information, measurements where applicable, and delivery address, is accurate before confirming your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, an evident pricing or technical error, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled by Pajtim Raci after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom-made garments are created specifically for the individual client.
Once production has begun, custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where an eligible manufacturing issue has been confirmed by Pajtim Raci.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, design approvals, fabric selections, and other specifications are correct before production begins.
Once these details have been confirmed and production has commenced, modifications may no longer be possible.
6. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency shown at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred and correction is permitted under applicable law.
Orders will not enter processing or production until the required payment has been successfully authorized.
Any currency conversion charges, banking fees, or other charges imposed independently by a payment provider or financial institution are the responsibility of the client.
7. Processing & Delivery
Pajtim Raci ships worldwide.
Our current estimated timelines are:
Products in Stock
In-stock pieces are shipped within approximately 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom garments generally require approximately 3–5 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the complexity of the design and materials selected.
Certain creations may require additional time. Where appropriate, the client will be informed accordingly.
All timelines are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped through DHL.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the client and will be charged as applicable to the order.
Orders are dispatched on business days, Monday through Friday. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email where available.
Clients may also have the option to collect their parcel from a local DHL office, subject to DHL availability and procedures in the destination country.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the client.
Pajtim Raci does not determine or control customs charges and cannot predict their amount in advance.
We are not responsible for customs-related delays after the shipment has left our premises.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom and made-to-measure garments are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom orders once production has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Items returned without prior written authorization from Pajtim Raci will not be accepted or processed.

11. Manufacturing Issues
Every Pajtim Raci creation undergoes quality control before dispatch.
If you believe that your garment has arrived with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request should include:
- Your full name and order reference
- Clear and detailed photographs of the garment
- A description of the issue
Following assessment by our team, an eligible manufacturing issue may be resolved through complimentary adjustments or repairs, a replacement where applicable, or a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances.
Each case is evaluated individually.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage after delivery, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for review.
Minor variations associated with handmade craftsmanship, including slight differences in embellishment, color, or fit, are not considered manufacturing defects.
12. Delivery Information
The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Pajtim Raci cannot be held responsible for delivery problems, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Once an order has been transferred to the courier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including customs processing and courier delays.
13. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on pajtimraci.com, including but not limited to garment designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, text, branding, creative concepts, and other visual or written material, is owned by or licensed to Pajtim Raci and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without prior written authorization from Pajtim Raci, except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing a Pajtim Raci creation does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the garment or its design.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website, introduce malicious software or code, misuse information available through the website, or infringe the intellectual property rights of Pajtim Raci or any third party.
15. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, imagery, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, occasional typographical, technical, or informational errors may occur.
Where permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information when necessary.

Pajtim Raci shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, courier disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, transportation interruptions, supply-chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to a client based on their place of residence.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
