Return & Exchange Policy
Each creation at Pajtim Raci is a unique expression of craftsmanship, custom-designed and meticulously tailored to the individual client. In honoring the bespoke nature of our work, we maintain a firm policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All of our garments are made-to-measure and crafted specifically for each client’s preferences, body measurements, and style. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
We kindly ask clients to ensure all details — including measurements, design approvals, and fabric choices — are finalized before confirming the order.
Quality Concerns & Production Issues
While every piece undergoes strict quality control, if a garment arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, we invite you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In such rare cases, the following resolutions may be offered based on our evaluation:

Complimentary adjustments or repairs

A replacement piece (if applicable)

A partial or full refund, in exceptional cases
Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will work closely with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for review.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.

Minor variations in color, embellishment, or fit are not considered defects, but a hallmark of artisanal, handmade work.
